Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Every Dutty Bungle tee is printed to order after payment clears. Printing usually takes 2–3 business days, then courier delivery begins. Standard shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days; Express is estimated at 1–2 business days. Your tracking email lands once the courier has the parcel.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the UK, US, Germany, France, Netherlands and Ireland. International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after printing. More countries are being lined up.

How much is shipping?

UK Standard shipping is £3.95. UK Express shipping is £6.95. Shipping options and totals are confirmed in Stripe checkout before you pay.

Where is my order printed?

Dutty Bungle tees are printed and fulfilled by Inkthreadable, a UK-based print-on-demand fulfilment partner. That means every tee is made for the person who ordered it, then shipped from the UK.

Returns & Refunds

Every Dutty Bungle tee is printed specifically for your order. Because of that, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or wrong address once fulfilment has started.

Please check the size guide, email, and delivery address before paying. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If your tee arrives with a print defect, damage, or the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Use the Orders help form or email hello@duttybungle.com with your order ref and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Because each tee is made to order, we cannot exchange it for another size after purchase. The launch blank is a Boxy fit with dropped shoulders and a shorter body, so check the size guide before ordering and size down if you want a cleaner fit.

My order never arrived — what do I do?

First check the tracking link in your dispatch email. If the courier has not updated or your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order ref and we will investigate.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders move into the print queue quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us through Orders help or email hello@duttybungle.com within 1 hour of ordering. If fulfilment has already started, we cannot cancel it.

Order Help

I entered the wrong email address. What now?

Open Orders, use the help form, and include your order ref plus the correct email address. If you do not have the order ref, send the checkout name, delivery postcode, and what you bought so we can match the order manually.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can it be changed?

Tell us immediately through the Orders help form. Address changes are only possible before fulfilment starts. Once the tee is printed or handed to the courier, the address cannot be changed.

What should I include in a support message?

Send your order ref, checkout email, delivery postcode, and a short note on what needs fixing. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, include clear photos of the tee, print, and packaging.

The Product

What are the tees made from?

The launch tee is the AS Colour Box Tee: a heavyweight oversized tee with 100% carded cotton, 240gsm fabric, wide neck ribbing, dropped shoulders, double-needle hems, and a shorter body length.

How should I wash my tee?

Turn the tee inside out and wash at 30°C or below. Do not tumble dry, do not iron directly on the print, and do not dry clean. Keep it calm and the print stays sharper for longer.

Will there be restocks?

Dutty Bungle runs in limited drops. Some designs may not come back. If something sells out, sign up to our mailing list to be first to know about new drops.
