When you checkout, we store order references, purchased items, shipping details, email address, fulfilment status, support notes, and delivery tracking updates so we can process and support your order.

What We Collect And Why.
Dutty Bungle collects only the information needed to run the shop, fulfil orders, support customers, and send updates when someone asks for them.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Dutty Bungle does not store card numbers. We keep Stripe checkout and payment references so orders can be matched to support and fulfilment records.
Fulfilment
Order and shipping details are sent to Inkthreadable so your tee can be printed and delivered. Inkthreadable may return fulfilment, dispatch, and tracking updates.
Resend is used for transactional emails such as order confirmations, dispatch updates, profile links, and support messages. Crew signup emails are stored only for launch/drop updates.
Accounts
If you create a profile, we store your email, saved tees, order links, optional profile details, and password hash if you choose password login. Magic links and reset links are stored hashed and expire.
Cookies And Local Storage
Cookies keep account and admin sessions working. Local storage is used for bag, saved tees, promo code state, and the cookie notice choice. These are needed for normal site behaviour.
Retention
Order records are kept while needed for fulfilment, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and operational audit. Crew signup data can be removed on request.
Your Choices
Email hello@duttybungle.com to request a copy, correction, or deletion of personal data where we are legally able to do so. Transactional order records may need to be retained.
