Made To Order. Fair When It Matters.

Every Dutty Bungle tee is printed specifically for your order. Because of that, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or wrong address once fulfilment has started. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Faulty, Damaged, Or Wrong Item

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order ref and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Wrong Size Or Change Of Mind

Because each tee is made for the order, we cannot exchange it for another size after purchase. Please check the size guide and fit notes before paying.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 1 hour of ordering. Once fulfilment has started, the tee is already moving into print and cannot be cancelled.

Delivery Issues

Courier tracking is emailed once the order dispatches. If tracking has no update or the order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order ref.

Wrong Email Or Address

Use the Orders help form or email us as soon as possible. We will try to catch the change before fulfilment starts, but cannot guarantee edits once printing begins.
