Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Every Dutty Bungle tee is printed to order. Once your payment is confirmed, production usually takes 2–3 business days, then courier delivery begins. Standard shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days; Express is estimated at 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the UK, US, Germany, France, Netherlands and Ireland. More countries coming soon. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is £3.95. Express shipping is £6.95. Both options are selected at Stripe checkout and apply after the tee has been printed.

Where is my order printed?

All Dutty Bungle tees are printed and fulfilled by Inkthreadable, a UK-based sustainable print-on-demand company. Printed in the UK, shipped from the UK.

Returns & Refunds

Every Dutty Bungle tee is printed specifically for you the moment you order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If something's wrong on our end, we'll make it right — immediately.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If your tee arrives with a print defect, damage, or any manufacturing fault, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Just email us at hello@duttybungle.com within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Unfortunately we can't exchange for size as each item is made to order. We recommend checking the fit selector and size guide before purchasing. The current launch tee is a Boxy fit, so size down if you want it cleaner and closer.

My order never arrived — what do I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation email, get in touch at hello@duttybungle.com and we'll investigate and reship if necessary.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us at hello@duttybungle.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to stop it. After that, cancellations aren't possible.

The Product

What are the tees made from?

Our tees are printed on Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0 — 100% organic open-end cotton, single jersey, 240gsm. Set-in sleeves, 1x1 rib collar, wide double-needle topstitch. Built to last.

How should I wash my tee?

Turn inside out and wash at 30°C or below. Do not tumble dry, iron directly on the print, or dry clean. This keeps the print sharp and the fabric in good shape.

Will there be restocks?

Dutty Bungle runs in limited drops. Some designs may not come back. If something sells out, sign up to our mailing list to be first to know about new drops.
