Production Time
Orders are prepared after checkout. Allow 3-5 working days before dispatch, followed by the delivery estimate shown with your selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates include production time where products are printed or prepared after ordering, plus courier or postal time.
UK Delivery
Eligible UK orders use Royal Mail 24 Tracked. Delivery is free when the discounted product total is £60 or more. Orders over 2kg use DX courier because Royal Mail is unavailable at that weight.
International Delivery
We currently ship to the US, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Ireland. Tracked and courier availability depends on destination and order weight. Customers outside the UK may need to pay import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed once the order has dispatched, where tracking is available. Contact hello@duttybungle.com with your order ref if tracking has not updated.
Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Tell us immediately if you spot a mistake; we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment starts.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Production capacity, courier delays, customs, strikes, public holidays and incorrect addresses can all cause delays.
Lost Or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is lost, returned, refused, unclaimed or affected by incorrect address details, contact us and we will review the tracking and available options.
Shipping Prices
UK orders below £60 are charged the Royal Mail 24 rate for their combined weight. UK orders of £60 or more after discounts receive free delivery. International prices and available methods depend on destination and weight. The exact charge is confirmed in Stripe before payment.
