Our Story

Dutty Bungle is an old Jamaican expression, passed down through Caribbean culture long before it became our name.

For us, it became part of the language between friends. A dutty bungle was one of us: mischievous, full of character, moving differently and never taking life too seriously. It was said with humour, affection and an understanding that did not need explaining.

The phrase stayed with us. Over time, it came to represent more than an inside joke. It became an attitude — being comfortable in yourself, refusing to blend in and doing things your own way.

Dutty Bungle is that spirit made wearable.

Our bear brings that attitude to life — cheeky, confident, a little rebellious and full of character. More than a logo, it is the face of the Bungle in all of us.
